Class Description
Rooted in Hatha yoga, working on building strength and flexibility while soothing the mind. It really is yoga to make you feel good! In Hatha we use asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to develop strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, mental concentration and focus. Yoga works on the physical mental and emotional levels and improves overall wellbeing. In this class, we’ll move through a set sequence, which includes all of the above, taking time to tune into our bodies and minds. This class is beginner friendly and options will be suggested for more experienced students.

Cancellations within 6 hours of start of class will not be refunded. Payments for Events & Workshops are non-refundable but are transferable.
